From now on, useful files get managed in a server both safely and effectively.
You can save and download needed files on the web server.
You can create a folder as you need and save the data in the folder you want.
The web folder is divided into the personal and public.
Integrate with Email , Approval and Bulletin board.
Searchable by file name
Real time virus checking by server vaccine.
Files can be transferred from folder to folder.

Personal

The contents saved in the personal folder can be used only by individual users.
New folder : Menu to create a new folder
Modify : You can modify the folder name by pressing the button ( ) at the right side of the corresponding folder.
Delete : You can delete a folder by pressing the button ( ) at the right side of the corresponding folder.
Upload file : Select the folder in which you want to save a file and press eletthe Upload file button to bring up window.
Press the browse button to select the file you want and click to okay to save the filve ,
Delete file :
By clicking the Delete button on the left, can delete file.
Current postion : It shows current position of folder.
Total MB : It indicates the total usage.

Public

The contents saved in the public folder can be viewed and used by all users.

New folder :
Each user can be granted for a different level of previlege to the public folder.
You can apply the security level for the folder by specifying " Lookup class/Admin grade.

Folder name : Specify the name of the public folder to be newly created.
Lookup class :
Specify the Lookup class and Admin grade for the public folder.
If the checkbox of Use All is selected, all users can check and administrate the public folder.
However, the previledge is given to the specific users, other users than those specified cannot see or administrate the public folder.

Permission to Lookup :
If you clear the Use All check box off, the Set Previlege button becomes activated.
At the same time, press the Previlege button and specify the permission level to the specific user.
