Manage Document Option |
Document number format :
It is where the format of the document number of the document to be registered
is assigned.
Example, Year [YYYY], Month [MM], Deparment name [DL], Serial number [N;]
Version Unit :
Set the document's version unit when it is registered for the first time. |

Manage Document box |
It is where to manage the documents stored in EDMS.
The documents posted in EDMS can be managed by category.
To create new folder in the Document box, enter the folder name to be added in the Document box field and press the button [Save].
Using :
Determines the document box added will be used.
If it is not clecked, the documents exist but they are not displayed in the menu of
EDMS.
Created date : The document creation date is displayed.
Document box name : Enter the name of document box being added.
Set privilege :
Sets the privilege of the users who will manage the documents
It also sets whether any revision on the documents registered in the document box
is informed to the users.
Lookup class :
Specify the grade to search a document in the document box.
The grade is the same as that specified when a user is registered in the
EDMS
Grade of Create :
Specify the grade to write a document into the document box.
The grade is the same as that specified when a user is registered in the
EDMS.
Lookup privilege :
Specify the users to search a document in the document box.
If the checkbox of Use All is checked, all the users of EDMS can search document.
If it is set to a specific department or a group of users, only those can do a
search.
Create privilege :
Specify the users to create a document in the document box.
If the checkbox of Use All is checked, all the users of EDMS can create document.
If it is set to a specific department or a group of users, only those can write a
document in the Document box. |

Manage E-Document category |
It is to add and manage the categories to be used in EDMS.
A new category can be added by clicking the new Category button.
Enter the name of the category to be added in the Category name filed and press
the [Save] button to create a new category. |
