users.
Where there is a message to be informed a specific user of, you can write
a document directly here to send.
Also, when a messsage, which needs to be checked by other users, is written in a
shared menu like Bulletin Board, the message can be posted as selecting the recipient(s) then the message will appear in the recipient's Internal mail Inbox. |
