 Manage knowledge - Knowledge Map (New Map) |
Name : Fill out the name of knowledge map to be create.
Master : Designate a administrator of the knowledge map that is being created.
The administrator is informed via Internal mail when knowledge history is recorded in the knowledge map and he/she can select [immediate egistration] or
[ registration after approval].
Knowledge Expert :
Designate a expert who is responsible to evaluate knowledge registered in this
knowledge map.
If the user designated as [Expert] evaluates the registered knowledge, the
knowledge is gained evaluation points according to evaluation weight.
Evaluation weight :
It provides a function to separate the evaluation of the registered knowledge in this map by [ general evaluation] and [experts evaluation] and manage weight of
evaluated points.
Mileage :
It provides a function to manage the points of a variety of knowledge items
registered in this knowledge map.
The knowledge items include Add New,Update,Lookup,Assess,Question in Bulletin
Board and Reply in Bulletin Board.
Lookup class : Designate a user who is entitled to search in this knowledge map.
Grade of create : Designate a user who is entitled to register in this knowledge
map. |

Provides a function to create and manage [folders] that are to categorize various knowledge maps.
Name : Write [folder name]
Lookup class : Designate a user who is entitled to search in this knowledge map.
Grade of create : Designate a user who is entitled to register in this knowledge
map. |

(Root category - Technical) |
It provides a function to create and manage [Knowledge category].
It categorize registered knowledge by category (by contents) regardless of
[Knowledge map].
For example, if the knowledge is related to [contract], you can add [contract] to the [knowledge category] so that you can search "contract related knowledge" in the category of [contract] in the next time. |

By user (Mileage) |
This window displays the mileage status related to knowledge management by
[User].
It provides all points per item that managed by [Knowledge map].
It also shows total points of all the knowledge. |

This provides all knowledge management status of users who are using this system.
Management status provides such information as [Approval knowledge],
[Approval waiting knowledge], [Return knowledge] and [Total], etc. |

This window displays the mileage status related to knowledge management by
[Department].
It provides all points per item of mileage components by department.
It also shows total points of all the knowledge. |
