Check if following softwares are installed in the ¡®Operation Server¡®.

If an ¡®operation software¡¯ is installed in G-Ware server,
it can be used.
- If there is an extra SQL2000 server, it can be used as
a DB server. |
Client
Environment |
It would be OK if more than internet explorer 5.5 version is installed and
used in users¡¯ PC. |
User PCs should be able to, at least, surf and search the
internet in the present browser. |

IP |
An ¡®authorized and fixed IP¡¯ is necessary to have access to G-Ware server
from outside.
- The IP is necessary to use e-mail and have easy access to URL from in/outside. |
If broadband internet service is being used in the company,
the users need ¡®authorized and fixed IPs¡¯. |
| Domain |
Not only ¡®authorized IP¡¯ but also an officially-used domain are needed to
use ¡®E-mail address¡¯ provided by G-Ware solution. |
Customer¡¯s present homepage domain is available. |
| Access URL |
In order for users to have easy access to G-Ware site to be built, Access URL
should be created (use officially-used ¡®domain¡¯)
- In many cases, ¡®gw, intranet, group, etc.¡¯ are used in front of customer domains. |
It is necessary to create host or sub-domain in the above
domain
- This should be asked of DNS server manager, in charge
of ¡®company domain¡¯ |

In order to use e-mail in G-Ware built by this company, change into a
stable mail server is needed according to ¡®strategy for e-mail transfer¡¯ |

The users who already have other e-main address can be

Approval |
It is necessary to make prior review for ¡®authorization discretion rule
(including approval line), numbering system for approval document, official
